Recruitment means Diversity

Shining a spotlight on how the recruitment industry currently attracts, retains, and treats their talent.

Talent and Diversity

Considering the growing fight for talent in our industry and the increased emphasis on diversity within our businesses, The Recruitment Network is committed to looking at how the recruitment industry currently attracts, retains, and treats their female talent.

We want to identify any systemic issues currently in place, offering our members not only valuable insight but also practical initiatives and advice to make improvements which will help them to improve diversity.

Our upcoming roundtables.

We’ll be bringing together a varied group of individuals together to conduct a roundtable discussion, helping plan and direct the future of our diversity initiatives and what we can do collectively to make the recruitment industry just that bit better.
