The Recruitment Trailblazers programme™ is the ultimate development programme for the next generation of recruitment business leaders, delivered in partnership with the Recruitment Network Club for recruitment business owners and senior managers.
Trailblazers is designed for recruitment managers and team leaders, as well as being suitable for owner managers of first phase recruitment businesses who are billing while building a team. Balancing personal billings while inspiring, coaching, and developing others to deliver exceptional levels of performance is challenging. Excelling at it requires an understanding of best practice management and leadership, the tools, tips and techniques to utilise it and the desire and opportunity to implement the ideas and turn them into effective habits which build a platform for profitable growth within your business. The Recruitment Trailblazers programme™ provides the support mechanism to make that happen.
Recruitment Trailblazers™ join the programme for a rolling 12-month period and for their membership they gain access to an unparalleled level of training, support, advice, tools, data and peer to peer collaboration working with some of the UK’s leading authorities in the staffing and recruitment sector.
The programme centres around six Huddles a year, where the Trailblazers get together for a full day in an exclusive Central London venue where they experience a series of high end presentations from thought leaders, facilitated workshops, training masterclasses and collaborative meetings with industry experts and thought leaders.
Recruitment Trailblazers™ recognises that learning and concepts become habits through effective implementation and reflection which is why a support framework exists to ensure the implementation of the ideas happens. The 6 days – one every 2 months – focus on Personal Leadership, Team Leadership, Marketing and Social Selling, New Business Development, Account Penetration and Customer Experience Excellence – the days combine world renowned thought leaders and some of the recruitment sectors mostly highly acclaimed trainers. In between Huddles, members are supported and held accountable for their implementation through Action Logs, personal areas on the members online portal, and online group coaching in between huddles and group webinars.
The annual investment for membership of The Recruitment Trailblazers programme™ is £3,950 plus VAT (or £3,450 for existing members of the full Recruitment Network Club). Should you wish to put more than five of your middle management team on the programme, then you automatically receive a 15% discount on each Trailblazer membership and we have a quarterly payment plan in place to spread the investment across the year should you wish to do so.
